DYSFIT: (pronoun) my made up word (I do that a lot) to describe being a dysfunctional misfit in a world of “normal.”

The labels I ‘wear’ in life–ADHD, empath, female, thespian, author, etc.–have all added to the disconnect in the navigation of my life.

This diary is my way to cope and create in the hopes it might uplift someone else, too.
